Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason due to the quality / sizing issue, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to PASHA LIMITED (PASHA Jewelry for your feet) within 14 days of purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise. You have option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the items purchased (which excludes the delivery charges). Refunds and returns will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product, we will credit your account for which please allow 10 days (after receipt of the product by us) for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by paypal, the refund will be made immediately upon receipt of the product by us.
Please read all the conditions below. And in any case if the below conditions are not met, PASHA LIMITED (PASHA Jewelry for your feet) reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15% - 20%.
- In order to return an item, you need to make sure all products are complete and unused, in their original box, and must include all packing material & accessories. In case any of these are damaged, your return/exchange will not be accepted.
- Do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package
- Our Invoice Number must be clearly referred on each and every document as well as on the outer carton in which the manufacture's package is packed.
- Returned shipping charges are the responsibility of the customers. We are not responsible for lost or damaged product / packages.
- Defective items may be exchanged at our discretion for the same style number and or manufacturer's equivalent model.
- PASHA LIMITED (PASHA Jewelry for your feet) is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
- No merchandise can be returned or exchanged that has been in contact with water due to any reason.
- Merchandise on sale or purchased using promotional code cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Only items that have been purchased from our online store (www.pasha.hk) can be returned / exchanged with our instructions. Items purchased from other online stores, etc cannot be returned to PASHA LIMITED (PASHA Jewelry for your feet) for return or exchange.
- Whenever merchandise is returned for a refund, a restocking fee of 15-20% will be applied and deducted accordingly.
- All customers are responsible for all shipping costs (sending and returning). Exceptions will be made upon certain situations.
- Incase merchandise returned due to damaged / wrong sizing, customer will get the merchandise back free of shipping cost.
